History
Maison Bettant first opened its doors in 1935 in France. Matthieu's great grand father was a pioneer in his time and opened the shop in a new neighborhood that had just been built. The bakery is still standing strong and is still in the family, it has passed down from father to son ever since. Matthieu chose to move to the USA with his family, his wife Miriam grew up between their city in France and Miami.
