Co-Founders, A.J. and Caroline saw a need for a traditionally brewed kombucha. Our shared passion for health, zero-waste and quality of life encouraged us to expand beyond our kitchen. We started fermenting after discovering the enormous amounts of health benefits in plant medicine such as kombucha and the market lack of what real kombucha is and how it should taste.
