Bailey Family Foundation was formed in 1997 by Ron Bailey to improve the quality of post-secondary education. The Bailey family wanted to make education available to more people. The Foundation has over $2 million to fund more than 400 scholarships through four programs. The high school program is a scholarship for seniors who have a financial need and have proven scholastic achievement. The college program is a scholarship for students with financial need and proven scholastic achievement. The heritage program is a scholarship for descendants of George Patton Bailey. And "Hope For Tomorrow" is a research program to determine how scholarship funds are best utilized.
