HistoryTeresa began her fitness career teaching group fitness classes at Shapes Total Fitness in Palm Harbor back in 1995. She quickly discovered her passion was in fitness and it became a full time gig for her in 2001. She competed in several fitness competitions from 2001 -2004 when her life changed as she became a mother to a beautiful little girl. She realized the need for pre and post natal fitness training in the area so she became a certified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Trainer. She had another daughter in 2008 and completely understands the demands of the working wife/mother and loves to help other fit minded mothers reach their goals. She also enjoys working with children, mature adults who know that age is just a number - and LOVES challenging athletes to try new things.SpecialtiesT-Fit is a private personal training and small group fitness facility. Teresa Evans has been in the fitness industry since 1995 and specializes in athletic circuit training, however she has experience and certification in many fitness arenas including TRX, Pilates, Spinning, Pre and Post Natal training, youth fitness and more!
