He didn't include the flange joint??? Talk about cutting corners and not doing it right the first time.

I'm not sure why they filled it with caulk in the first place. You'd think they'd correct it the second time they came out, but NOOOO.

Ta-da, this is what it's supposed to look like. And this new plumber cleaned up after himself. What a real treat.
