Horrible customer service skills and did not listen to us at all. Paid the $55 for them to come out and clean out AC drain line. We told them we were out of town but the pet sitter would be there....

DO NOT USE A Best Air and Heat of Palm Bay. They use shady business practices, and have below average quality technicians. Also, I don't know what the average markup on parts is in the AC...
