A Little History About Us Okeechobee Store- N -Lock (formerly know as M & M Storage) opened for business at 4129 South Parrott Avenue. During the years, due to the excellent customer response and superior location, several more units were constructed and the property location grew to capacity. Continued demand, especially for outside storage, further drove us to expand. In November of 2008, the owners acquired a small strip plaza and 3 acres next to McDonald's directly on Highway 441 South. There, the storage expanded to include outdoor storage, moving trucks and supplies, and a new. large office.
