Errr - this is just OK -- not a special destination spa. It's no longer a L'Occitane spa - it's "Spa at the Wharf". Physically it's in the InterContinental hotel, but it's a separate business....

Not sure why a spa wouldn't communicate with guests. We stayed five days and didn't hear back about our appointment and the spa was always closed when the hotel staff stated it should of been open.
