History
Like many personal trainers, I came into this field as an athlete. A native New Yorker, I started in Gymnastics at the age of 6. From there I began training as an amateur boxer competing in tournaments throughout New York while in High School. I certified as a trainer in my early 20s and worked for over 14 years at Crunch Fitness and the New York Health and Racquet Club. My work at those gyms focused on overall strength training, post-injury rehabilitation, and flexibility training. The last several years I've worked at Chevy Chase Personal Training in Washington DC. I am extremely grateful for the unbelievable journey that training has created in my life. I have enjoyed meeting and working with wonderful and exciting people from all walks of life. Assisting and watching individuals set and achieve their fit goals is a great honor and truly brings me pleasure.
