Founded in 2001, Pew Global Attitudes Project is a series of worldwide public opinion surveys that focuses on globalization, democracy and terrorism. Its advisory board includes policy experts and business leaders. Located in Washington, D.C., Pew Global Attitudes Project is a part of the Pew Research Center, which offers information on various issues, attitudes and trends that affect America. The center assists journalists by issuing reports and convening forums. Established in 2004, the center also operates Pew Internet & American Life Project, which explores the impact of Internet on children, families, communities and political life. Pew Research Center is owned and operated by The Pew Charitable Trusts.
