We are personal strength training and functional restoration facility offering an advanced whole-body exercise program strictly based on scientific evidence and the laws of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Method applied in our exercise program has been proven by numerous, properly conducted, clinical studies to be the safest, most effective and time efficient form of exercise. Our facility is equipped with highly advanced, bio-mechanically precise strength training equipment. We provide an ideal exercise environment. Only you and your instructor will be present on the floor during the session. As a result of our methods, you muscles and other support systems, such as your cardiovascular system, skeletal system, energy/metabolism, and hormonal system are worked at a higher level than through conventional exercise programs. You will spend less time exercising, but achieve outstanding results. Not more than one or two weekly sessions of 20 minute each are all that is required.
