Whether it is a well mom visit or transitional care for special health care needs, we offer family-centered care in the home as well as one-on-one training to support your child and family. HSC Home Care is a Medicaid/Medicare certified home health agency that is located and licensed in the District of Columbia, and dedicated to providing home care services to infants, children and young adults with complex disabilities in a familiar environment. We also operate as a residential service agency in the state of Maryland. We are here to help you feel comfortable taking care of your child's health and using medical equipment at home, with the goal for you to become as independent as you can in carrying out your child's care plan.
