Georgetown Park Partners operates the mall at M Street and Wisconsin Avenue, one of the choicest locations in the city. Opened in 1981, this three-story mall has room for approximately 100 stores (not all spaces are currently rented out). It features a food court and is home to the Georgetown branch of the DC Department of Motor Vehicles. Both the management office and the information booth are located on the Canal Street (bottom) floor.
