Location scores if in the area but nothing else to shout about. Nice space but counter staff really not interested. Coffee ok but never like paper cups. Croissants and leek parm pastry pleasant....

Coffee was good. Like the cold brew as well. A little bit pricey, but overall a decent spot for sitting and enjoy enjoying the area. Service was excellent.
