History
Blue Chip Career's founder, Chris Carey, became an investment banker after graduating from Dartmouth. He soon realized, though, that banking wasn't an ideal fit for him - and he saw many of his fellow graduates struggling in their jobs. Upon realizing that experienced mentors could help him and his friends navigate their early careers, Chris launched Blue Chip and began building a mentor network. Now (fall 2011) that network is more than 200 strong. And Blue Chip is introducing more people to mentors every week for career guidance, resume reviews and interview prep.
