Chef Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient arab traditions of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal ingredients and a refined culinary acumen, recognized as a Best New Restaurant by Esquire + Robb Report Magazines in 2020, Eater in 2021, Eater DC Restaurant of the Year 2021, and awarded one MICHELIN star in 2022, 2023, and 2024. He was also named Outstanding Chef 2024 by the James Beard Foundation.
