It really depends on which doctor: nurse practitioner you get! They ALWAYS have you on hold for forever! You press the option for scheduling and then you have to be transferred again, more time!...

I went here because when my daughter was born she didn't have insurance. Basic check ups. However they were entirely unable to answer any of my questions, never called me for any test results....
