History
Started as Sea Colony Realty, ResortQuest Real Estate has been a leader in resort real estate since the early 1970s. In mid-2008, ResortQuest merged with another longtime Sussex County real estate leader - Seacoast Realty - to form the coastal county's largest real estate and vacation rental brokerage. ResortQuest continues to vacation and long-term rentals and property management.
