I believe optimum health is about more than simply nutrition and fitness, and encompasses all aspects of an individual's lifestyle and habits. As a certified personal trainer, health coach, and clinical exercise physiologist, I assess, motivate, educate and utilize prescribed exercise, basic health behavior interventions, and promote physical activity for a variety of populations, including individuals with specific medical and physical needs. I work collaboratively with healthcare professionals when applicable and my ultimate goals is to ensure safe and effective programs for all my clients.
