Started renting spaces of local gyms in September 2011. Lovering opened up in February 2015.

A warm and inviting atmosphere, where clients can feel less intimidated and get a fantastic workout. We offer Barre, TRX, Yoga, Fit4mom, kids's yoga, Barre-X speciality classes and self defense classes.

The classes and instructors are awesome! It is a nice change of pace from the regular gym atmosphere. I bought the 6 class groupon they had, so pricing was also great for me.
