History
Started in 1962 by Cashar Evans and Edgar Rickards, the Fenwick Crabhouse changed owners in 1983 when Chef Scott Fornwalt purchased it. Scott and his wife, Cathy, have been the operators ever since. Their success is grounded in their love of good food especially seafood and crabs, their desire to purchase locally the ingredients for their cuisine and their ability to stay current with cutting edge recipes, popular dishes, excellent wines, and martinis - all mixed in with the traditional foods of the region.
