Richard Thomas began his career in the AV industry in 1999 as a Technician and moved up to Field Supervisor. With the skill and knowledge Richard Thomas acquired in his years in the AV industry, he and his wife - Sara, founded VACT Inc. in September 2003. With hard-work, determination, and excellent customer service, VACT Inc. has flourished into a successful small business.
