History

Zen Yoga Barre started in Unionville in the spring of 2016. In 2019, we relocated to Burlington! The studio is run by a dynamic mother-daughter duo who bring a lot of energy to the studio.

We also have a Red Light Therapy Collagen Bed (non-UV); FDA approved for the treatments of skin conditions, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles, and much more!
