History
In 1984 Arnie purchased Haddon Hall, located at 1214 Chapel St. Soon after, he purchased 2-8 Lynwood Pl. Through an incredible work ethic and desire, he has worked tirelessly to improve the apartments, the buildings and the neighborhood as a whole. As a long time officer and commissioner of the neighborhood association he has been an intrical part in bringing the neighborhood to a point where it is now not only beautiful and safe, but is in fact at Yale campus. Yale has build their Sculpture building and art gallery at the front lawn of Arnie's properties. With the Sculpture School an arm's reach away, the Law School a six minute walk and the Drama school a less then five minute walk away, tenants are able to enjoy their new home surrounded by fellow academics in this bustling Yale community.
