Work in Progress Fitness is a personal fitness studio that provides boot camp-style classes to customers in the West Hartford area. Classes incorporate resistance bands, slides and the individual's own body weight to form a 50-minute workout session designed to burn calories; each day's workout is different, in order to maximize muscle confusion, although all classes within a given day are the same. New customers are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for their desired class, in order to ensure enough time to sign waivers and receive equipment instruction.
