HistoryThe Appraisal Group was started in 1985 when appraisals were being hand written and typed in by a secretary; pictures were taken with a film camera. We evolved with time and transitioned through the years, having computers as soon as the late 80's. Today we have the most up-to-date equipment available that provides faster turn times with quality results. Our data sources are not outmatched by anyone and includes, but not limited to, SmartMLS.
