Quinnipiac University
Founded in 1929, Quinnipiac University is a private, coeducational institution that offers graduate and undergraduate programs in more than 60 subjects, including business, education, health sciences, law, liberal arts and communications. Located in Hamden, Conn., it offers several majors at the undergraduate level, such as English, psychobiology, accounting, mathematics, marketing, nursing, computer science and interactive digital design. Its graduate courses include specialized programs, such as master of business administration, business administration in health care management and organizational leadership. Its campus includes more than 40 academic buildings, over 30 residence halls and, an athletic and recreation facility. The university s Arnold Bernhard Library features 600 seats, group rooms, an instructional facility, more than 60 public computer terminals, books, journals and magazines, and over 600 power and data connections for laptop computers. Additionally, the university offers financial aid to its graduate and undergraduate students in the form of assistantships, scholarships, tuition waivers and federal aid.
