The Best Barber Shop offers a nostalgic barber shop experience in the village of Unionville. Conveniently located in the Depot Place plaza since 1998, owner Mike Russo was born and raised in Farmington. With his cheerful and experienced daughter Tara and Manager Ron, the trio handle men's only haircuts, beard and mustache trims with a traditional flair. No appointments are taken, providing the ease of walk in only comfort. Hair care products from the Woody's line of gels and wax are offered, and portable clippers and handicapped access make it a customer friendly experience.

Ray's Salon

Ray's Salon is a well-kept Farmington Valley secret. Located right in the heart of Unionville on Route 4 in the same plaza as Travelhost Travel Agency and Farmington Jewelers, Ray's Salon welcomes walk-ins of all ages and genders. It also carries hair products if customers are in the market for shampoo, conditioner, styling gel, etc. There is limited parking on-site, but additional parking can be found in the plaza next door.
