Guida's Milk & Ice Cream is one of the largest independent dairies in New England. Besides its fluid milk products, Guida's also processes a full line of ice cream mixes, fruit juices, fruit drinks and water. The company operates a fleet of more than 200 vehicles and delivers dairy and dairy related products throughout Southern New England. Its service area includes Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, northern New Jersey and New York State, including Long Island. Guida's Milk & Ice Cream was included in the list of the top 100 dairy processors in the United States in the June 2003 issue of Dairy Field Magazine. It was also was named one of Connecticut's Top 100 Companies by CT Magazine in 2003. The company was founded in 1886 and is headquartered in New Britain, Conn.
