The office collects taxes from residents and other property owners in the town. The office sends out tax bills once in late June after receiving information about the tax rate from the assessor's office. Tax bills are due in July and/or January. For any bill more than $100, at least the entire first half must be paid in July and the second half must be paid no later than January. Any bill less than $100, must be paid entirely in July.
