Tom's Paint & Wallpaper has been owned by the Tom of the store's title since 1982. The store and its owner are fixtures with local painters and residents of Bethel. It sells a variety of major brand paints (Benjamin Moore), stains (Cabot) and painters' supplies. The store opens early so patrons can fit in a full day of painting.
