Berlin Town Hall is a municipal division of the city of Berlin, Conn. The organization is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a variety of municipal services. Berlin Town Hall s town manager executes and implements public policy as created by the Berlin Town Council, while the building department processes building permits from 1961 and later.
