My mom requested a few balloons and staff went above and beyond with decorating!

After shower. Called management, no answer left message. Never received a call back.

After one night walking on the rug. Disgusting.

Checked in. Went to room. Wasn't made up. Returned to desk for new room.

Finally,got my room. Clock. It only gets worst.
