Pure Vapor Bliss is located in Rocky Hill, CT and is owned by Laura Redding and operated by a mother and daughter team, Laura and Chelsey Redding. Chelsey was a pack-a-day smoker. She had tried several times to quit smoking with no success until she discovered electronic cigarettes. She has been smoke free since October 2013!
