This small Italian restaurant was first opened in 1984 by a family who had the simple goal of making high-quality pasta dishes from scratch for a small, loyal clientele. After receiving glowing reviews from the New York Times, this spot quickly became a classic place to enjoy a good Italian meal. The restaurant offers a menu of homemade pasta, fresh sauces, sausage and antipasti dishes to the local community. Connecticut celebrity Martha Stewart has also been impressed by their cooking: she featured the owner Joe Bruno and Pasta Nostra's food on Martha Stewart Living. Reservations are strongly recommended as this spot has very limited hours.
