Norwalk High School, established in 1902, offers education to students in grades nine through 12. It is affiliated with the Norwalk School District and has an enrollment of more than 1,400 students. The school s curriculum includes agricultural and consumer science, English, geography, American history, biology, computers, accounting, anthropology, chemistry, business studies, and special and physical education. The various sports activities offered by the school include basketball, football, cheerleading, track, baseball and softball. It provides various extracurricular activities to students, such as yearbook, drill team, gospel choir, marching bands, the National Honor Society, school newspaper, mountain biking, martial arts, visual arts, horticulture, and Spanish and German clubs. The school is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, and is located in Norwalk, Conn.
