The sign might still say Fritzler's Fitness, but it's now O's Zone. Ovidiu "O" Mortura his fitness center here in 2007. He offers aerobic training, weight training, cardiovascular conditioning and nutritional support in a sleek, comfortable, state-of-the-art facility close to I-95. The facility is not a conventional commercial gym, but is smaller and more personally focused. "O" offers mainly one-on-one training, but does have two classes per week. O's Zone Fitness creates customized exercise programs for individuals with all different fitness levels and goals. All of the personal trainers are degreed and certified and have a minum of five years' experience.
