The town's Senior Center offers transportation, trips, lunches and evening activities that are open to residents of Manchester 55 and older, although some restrictions do apply to members ages 55 - 59. Eligible residents can purchase an annual activity card at the center or Town Hall, 41 Center Street, for $5. Non-resdient retired town of Manchester employees 55 and over are also eligible to purchase an activity card for a $12 annual fee, and out-of-town seniors 60 and over can purchase an annual activity card for $12, if they are members of the Red Hat Society, but are restricted to only being able to participate in Red Hat Society events.
