Located on the first floor of Town Hall, the Customer Service and Information Center was created in 1998 as a centralized information source for residents, visitors and businesses. The office fields service requests and provides information about Manchester's wide array of municipal services and community resources. The Customer Service and Information Center is open weekdays during normal businesses hours, but an after-hours voice mail system and an online Citizen Request System allows the office to field requests and provide information on a 24/7 basis.
