HistoryWith a history of athletics, personal training and business experience behind them, Tim, Crystal and Mark began paving the road to owning their own Crossfit. In the Spring of 2009, Tim and Mark joined CrossFit Milford and immediately saw first-hand how CrossFit workouts mentally and physically transform athletes. Like most CrossFitters, they could not get enough of the rugged workouts, the tight community, and the motivation to perform better. They each received their Level 1 CrossFit Certification, successfully completed an intensive year long internship program under Jay Leydon, and began coaching many of the highly admired classes at CrossFit Milford. Tim's wife, Crystal, finally decided to try CrossFit and ended up loving it. It was time. From there on out it was a mad dash to find the perfect location. 28 Munson Rd, Bethany, CT was it. Everything seemed to fall into place and within a matter of weeks Crossfit Bethany was born in October, 2013.SpecialtiesCrossfit is more than a gym, it is a lifestyle, it is our family, it is our home away from home.
