My name is Judi Tumosa and I was a yoyo dieter. I could lose the weight but was never able to keep it off. I noticed a friend of mine who had been overweight lose 80lbs on the Ideal Protein Program. I was not convinced (until a year later when she was still thin) to try it myself. I was impressed by the fact the medical community was onboard with this program and that it was not a fad diet. I lost 58lbs and have maintained that loss for over 4years. I owned four physical therapy clinics at the time and my physical therapist thought we should offer this program to our patients to help them lose weight and take the pressure off their joints ,allowing them to get back their mobility. It was a huge success and because of this, I decided to leave physical therapy and open more Ideal Protein clinics. I love the program and feel that science has enough studies to prove that this program is a healthy, sustainable way to lose weight and manage food for the rest of our lives.
