The Abel Buell Home Bed & Breakfast
Located in downtown Clinton, the Abel Buell Home is a bed and breakfast that is also a historic site as the home of Abel Buell, a goldsmith, engraver and counterfeiter in colonial times. In 1784, Buell became the first American to publish a map of the United States. Two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, are available in the part of the home that has been preserved since the 1760s. The rooms share a bath and are available at $110 per night. Call or visit the Web site for more information.
