Wayne Young's High Hill Orchard is three generations strong and still changing its offerings with the seasons to include peaches, apples, pears, potatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, pumpkins, flowers, herbs and more. Young was recently featured in the New York Times for his farm's winter Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). He also supplies his ecologically and organically grown apples to Yale's cafeteria.
