Kind News is an award-winning nationally circulated children's scholastic newspaper that works to engender reading and writing habits in schoolchildren across the country. A division of The United States Humane Society, the newspaper reaches more than one million children each year. It functions as a cross-curricular classroom teaching tool, as well as fostering positive character traits in its readers. Kind News is available in three editions: a primary edition for grades K - 2, junior edition for grades 3-4, and senior edition for grades 5-6, all featuring age-appropriate material.
