Xavier High School
Xavier High School, established in 1963, is a Catholic school for young men operated by the Xaverian Brothers. Located in Middletown, Conn., the school enrolls more than 500 students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes Spanish, English, Latin, theology, history, political science, economics, math, science, art, music, computer technology, and physical education. It offers various sports activities, such as soccer, cross-country, ice hockey, swimming, lacrosse, football, baseball, hockey and basketball. It also provides library, gymnasium, music room, computer laboratory facilities and cafeteria service to its students. The school is sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Norwich and the Congregation of the Brothers of Saint Francis Xavier.
