Owner Stephanie Nicholson opened Fireside Brick Oven Creations in late November 2010 in Gales Ferry. The restaurant specializes in red or white brick oven pizza with a variety of fresh toppings inspired by the U.S. West and Southwest. Other house specialties include brick oven sandwiches on flat or fireside bread, "cooked to perfection in one of the restaurant's two brick ovens." Enjoy a side of fries or gourmet pasta salad. Wine and beer also are available.
