The Town of Fairfield Housing Authority is responsible for providing decent, safe and sanitary housing for seniors, disabled or lower income Fairfield residents. The Authority works in accordance with HUD, the government's Housing and Urban Development program, which works to provide better living standards for those who might not be able to secure it on their own. Fairfield's Housing Authority office is located on Pine Tree Lane within a subsidized housing community. The community has 10 buildings; each building has four apartments.
