Brown Fitness Training

Brown Fitness Training is located on Amity Road in Woodbridge. Offering one on one fitness training, clients can choose to meet with their trainer at home, at their office or in the studio. Trainers are all members of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and are CPR and First Aid certified. In addition to strength and cardio vascular training, Brown Fitness Training also offers home gym design and nutritional counseling. They can even set clients up with a personal chef.
