Located on Broad Street in Meriden, this tattoo parlor owned by John Vance has been inking designs since 1980. Customers can find the studio in a tan house with a small, private parking lot in back. The parlor accepts walk-ins, but appointments are suggested. Both tattoos and piercings are available.
