The Cutting Board is a catering service that is owned by Culinary Institute of American graduate Chef Brian Bender, who has worked at The Ritz Carlton, The Whitby Castle in Rye, New York, Crabtree’s Kittle House and The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The Cutting Board features a staff of professionally-trained chefs, bartenders and servers and provides services at both event places and in residential settings. Services include food, service, staff and rentals. The café serves breakfast and lunch every Tuesday through Sunday.
